FortaGrow was founded by two cousins who shared a deep passion for agriculture and a belief that pest management could be effective, cost effective, and responsible.
With backgrounds spanning crop science, entomology, chemistry, and business, we saw a clear gap: growers and families needed products that worked as hard as synthetic chemicals — without the risks. We wanted to stay rooted in agriculture, contribute to a more sustainable industry, and build something that could scale.
A world where effective pest management never comes at the cost of human health, environmental integrity, or agricultural sustainability.
Erfan holds a Ph.D. in Entomology from Texas A&M University and an M.P.M. in Integrated Pest Management from Simon Fraser University. He spent over seven years as an IPM Extension Program Specialist with Texas A&M AgriLife, translating research into practical resources for growers across Texas, before leading Technical Services and Product Development for four-plus years at BioWorks, a national biological pest control manufacturer. He founded FortaGrow to bring that same research-backed, plant-based approach to everyday households and commercial growers.
David leads day-to-day operations for FortaGrow — supply chain, financial management, and the logistics behind getting product from Belle Chemical's manufacturing floor to shelves and doorsteps. More about David's background is coming soon.
FortaGrow is backed by Belle Chemical, an established U.S. chemical manufacturing facility with deep expertise in producing both consumer and commercial-grade chemical products. Belle Chemical currently leads sales of chemical products through major online retail channels — bringing proven operational infrastructure, regulatory know-how, and scale to FortaGrow from day one.
